Sign Petition to Ratify UN Migrant Workers Convention

PICUM encourages its members to support a petition campaign calling on all EU Member States to ratify the UN Migrant Workers Convention. The campaign was launched by December 18, the International Resource Centre on the Human Rights of Migrants and the European Platform for Migrant Workers Rights on the occasion of the 20th anniversary year of the Migrant Workers Convention. Entitled, “Europe it’s Time to Ratify the Migrant Workers Convention,” the petition demands that the European Union live up to its core values and asks all 27 Member States of the EU to ratify this core international human rights instrument.
